These Terms and Conditions explain how Quit With Greg provides smoking and vaping cessation services, how bookings and payments work, and what happens if you cancel or need to reschedule.
Quit With Greg is a trading name of Greg Nejedly, a sole trader based in Malvern, United Kingdom. In these terms, “Quit With Greg”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Greg Nejedly trading as Quit With Greg.
“You” and “client” refer to the person enquiring about, booking, paying for or receiving the service.
Quit With Greg provides hypnotherapy-based support for adults who want help to stop smoking, stop vaping or change related nicotine habits. Services may be delivered online or in person.
By booking a session, making a payment, submitting an onboarding form, attending an appointment or using the service, you agree to these terms.
These terms do not remove your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Key points:
Quit With Greg provides hypnotherapy and behaviour-change support for smoking and vaping cessation. The service may include a free initial phone consultation, discussion of your smoking or vaping history, intake questions, hypnosis, therapeutic conversation, relaxation methods, habit-change strategies and aftercare suggestions.
The service is designed to support motivation, confidence, mindset, emotional patterns and behavioural change connected with smoking, vaping or nicotine use. It is not medical treatment and should not be treated as a replacement for advice from your GP, pharmacist, mental health professional or other qualified healthcare provider.
Service terms:
You remain responsible for your own choices, actions and follow-through after the session.
Quit With Greg usually offers a free phone consultation before a paid session is booked. This consultation helps us understand your situation, answer initial questions and assess whether the service appears suitable.
If you decide to book after the free consultation, we will agree a session date and time with you. The payment and cancellation policy will be explained verbally before payment is taken. You will also be sent an onboarding form that includes client details, GDPR consent, health and smoking/vaping information, and agreement to the payment and cancellation terms.
Booking terms:
The onboarding form forms part of the booking process. By submitting it, you confirm that you understand and accept the key terms applying to the service.
The standard fee for a single smoking or vaping cessation session is £295. Payment is normally taken in full at the time of booking after the free phone consultation, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The £295 payment is made up of:
Payment terms:
If you pay the full £295 upfront, you are not paying a separate hidden fee. You are paying the full session price, with £150 clearly identified as the booking deposit used to reserve the appointment.
This section explains what happens if you cancel, reschedule or do not attend your appointment.
Because Quit With Greg provides appointment-based services, cancellations can cause real loss. Once your appointment is reserved, that time is removed from availability for other clients and may be difficult to rebook, especially at short notice.
The payment and cancellation policy will be explained verbally before payment is taken. You will also be asked to confirm the policy in writing through the onboarding form before the session goes ahead.
The full fee for a single smoking or vaping cessation session is £295, payable at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Of this amount:
The £150 booking deposit reserves your specific appointment time and means that the slot is removed from availability for other clients.
Once your appointment has been reserved, the £150 booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, except where Quit With Greg cancels and cannot offer a suitable alternative, or where the law requires a refund.
If you book by phone, online or at a distance, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking.
When you ask Quit With Greg to reserve an appointment immediately, including where the appointment falls within the 14-day cancellation period, you are asking us to begin the service process by reserving that time for you and removing it from availability for other clients.
If you later cancel after the appointment has been reserved, the £150 booking deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, except where the law requires otherwise. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may choose one of the following options:
Only one reschedule is normally offered. If you cancel the rescheduled appointment, the booking deposit remains non-refundable and further refunds or rescheduling will be considered at our discretion.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or you do not attend your appointment, the full £295 fee may be retained.
This is because the appointment time has been reserved for you, removed from availability for other clients, and is unlikely to be rebooked at short notice.
If Quit With Greg needs to cancel your appointment, we will offer a suitable alternative appointment where possible.
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
If we decide before the session that the service is not suitable for you, we may cancel and refund you, or recommend that you seek other support.
The fee is for the professional service provided, not for a guaranteed result. If you attend your session, no refund is due simply because you do not achieve your desired outcome, stop smoking or vaping, or maintain the change afterwards.
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process. Your participation, honesty and willingness to engage with the session are important. While Quit With Greg aims to provide a professional and supportive service, you remain responsible for your decisions, behaviour and follow-through.
Client responsibilities:
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for urgent help. If you are in immediate danger, at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact 999, NHS 111, your GP, a crisis service or another appropriate emergency provider.
